Each recruit will also receive 4 days of comprehensive field training by leading producers in the field.
Ongoing Home Office Training
The agency conducts and sponsors ongoing classroom training at its semi-annual meetings in January and July. Additionally, the agency sponsors ongoing management training January, April, July and October.
