THE RETIREMENT PROGRAM
(through vested renewals)
Most companies with retirement plans require 20-30 years of service. Agents and managers at Senior Life Services after just 3 years of service are eligible to receive their vested renewals in retirement, or in the event of disability due to injury or sickness. Additionally if death occurs payments will continue to the spouse or designated beneficiary. Productivity and years of service dictate the total amount payable usually anywhere from $100,000 to $1,000,000 and more.
