Annual Convention
Senior Life Services holds a convention in the spring each year at an exciting and often exotic location.
It’s not made too difficult for most of our sales agents/managers to qualify and make the trip. Our qualifiers and their partners are then flown to a beautiful resort as a reward for their hard work, all expenses paid by the agency.

President Club
The annual production target to achieve Presidents Club status is set at approximately 50% above regular qualification. Agents/Managers who make Presidents Club get to spend an extra day and night at the resort and also receive a diamond ring of distinction with an extra diamond added to the ring each year that they make Presidents Club. This is the SLS Presidents Club “Ring of Diamonds” Award.
Managers “Million Dollar Club Ring” Award
Sales Managers can qualify to receive this separate diamond ring when their team producers $1 million A/P or more in the calendar year, again an extra diamond is added each year that the manager makes the million dollar club.
Stringwriter
At Senior Life Services, we believe consistency is the key to success. A “String” is considered any span of back-to-back weeks of production over $2,000 in annualized premium sold by the agent. We award stringwriters in cash at our semiannual meetings for their accomplishments. The longer a producer stays on a string, the larger the cash bonus.

Ultimate Challenge
This is a voluntary, semi-annual sales competition where the top 10 producers receive substantial cash prizes from $250 right up to $7,500. This contest is definitely the “Ultimate Challenge” for our top producers to prove that they belong in this elite class of performers.
